Breakfast Boost! Delicious Oatmeal…
I made the most amazing oatmeal for breakfast this morning and I had to share:
1/2 cup oats
1/2 almond milk, 1/2 water–amount is up to you, I don’t really like creamy oatmeal but if you do, you’ll add a little more of each. I usually just stop right before all the oats are covered.
to sweeten, I used an organic agave maple syrup from trader joes, regular agave or honey are good alternatives
diced up 1/2 a green apple (it was small though, so if you have a big one a quarter might be better), topped it off with some cinnamon to taste and popped it in the microwave for 1 minute.
