Sesame Rice Noodles
This recipe is fast, delicious and gluten free…Enjoy for lunch or an early dinner.
Prep time: 15 mins max
Brown Rice noodles (1-2 servings according to the box)
Light Teriyaki Sauce (1 tbsp)
diced almonds and sesame seeds (amount is up to you)
1/4 red pepper and 1/4 green pepper, julienned
(optional) 1-2 egg whites
Directions: Cook noodles, lightly sautee peppers and egg whites. Combine teriyaki sauce, almonds and sesame seeds, and add drained noodles, peppers and eggs when ready.
