5-in-1 Exercise

This week I’m demonstrating a 5-in-1 exercise.  I’ve put together some of my favorite moves, and all you need is a set of dumbells!  So if you’re snowed in, or just looking for a quick and efficient workout, this is for you…

Like I mentioned at the end of the video, do this exercise for 10-20 reps.  The broad range is to accomodate any fitness level.  Take a break after each set, and repeat 3-4x.

    Great exercise! I just did it!

    Quick tip I found useful: Wrap washcloths or something padded around where you grip the dumbell — helps keep the palm of your hand from getting too sore!
