Toning Exercises for Women – Back Fat Burning Exercise

    Hello, I am like a camera detective or something. I was reading this post and realized you did not get authorization from the Vegas mayor to take video of how to get rid of back fat in that particular gym. This particular hotel states clearly in proposition 3.6, “Back fat discussion videos are not permitted on these premises. Please go outside and pull your groin”.

    Roman listened, why can’t you?

    I’m totally doing this! My goal is 3 or more pull-ups by my birthday (March 27th). It was a 2011 resolution that never got executed properly, but if I make it up by my birthday I’ll still be proud. I have a great feeling about this amazing resource! It’s an essential in my book as a health and fitness professional. Let’s make it happen!

    I’ve never been able to do pull ups, but I’m gonna try this anyways. My goal is to be able to do at least five pull ups by prom (May 5). 🙂
