The first full week of 2012 isn’t even on the books yet, and I’ve already noticed you taking more action than I’ve ever seen.

From the overwhelming number of responses to Tuesday’s blog (over 70 comments, a record-breaker for, to the number of women who have not just purchased, but already started Tighter in 10 Days this week, your level of motivation is palpable and it totally fires me up!

That’s why in 2012 my mission is to help 1000 women get in the best shape of their lives.

From free workout videos, nutrition advice and fast, healthy recipes on the blog, expert interviews and lifestyle tips to 1-on-1 coaching, group programs and more easy-to-use products that get major results, I am going to bust my ass this year to get you the results you desire.

    I agree with Rachel for ideas – my hardest area is meal planning. I know to eat carbs and protein before exercising, but what? I know to eat fiber and protein at breakfast, but what? And then I don’t know what all has fiber and protein and carbs and UGH!!!! It is frustrating! =)
