    Hi Liz,
    Great video on planks. It’s also one of my favorite exercises for the core muscles. I have found that adding weight onto your lower back is the best way to progress fast. As soon as you can do 3-4 sets of 30 seconds duration on your feet, start adding weight.
    This kind of progression will quickly build up your strength that allows you to switch over to the abwheel or barbell rollouts.
