Vitamix + 2 Blender Recipes!
I have two things for you in this post…a video and 2 Blender Recipes. It’s all delicious information, so pay close attention 🙂

2) 2 Blender recipes I mentioned in the video:
Berry Cacao Smoothie:
1c almond or coconut milk
1c frozen mixed berries
1 tsp cacao powder
1 scoop chocolate protein
Add almond milk, powders, then berries. Blend and enjoy!
Homemade Almond Milk:
1c almonds, soaked in water for 24-48 hours and drained
6c filtered water
1tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp raw coconut nectar (sweetener is optional, stevia is also a good choice)
Combine ingredients and blend for 30-60 seconds.
Strain the milk in either a very fine strainer or a nut milk bag and repeat.
Store in fridge in mason jar or other container
