Gluten Free Pancakes
I have to give props to Blogilates for inspiring this recipe via Instagram. Her version was 2 eggs, 1 banana, 2 tsp milk, and 1 scoop vanilla whey protein. I only wanted one serving and don’t love including dairy in my diet so I made a few tweaks.
Earlier this week, I tried 2 eggs, 1 tbsp almond butter, 1 tbsp hemp flour, and 2 tsp milk and it wasn’t gross, but it wasn’t delicious either.
I’m excited to take this basic formula and try out berries, swap the hemp flour/seeds with a plant based or egg white protein powder and see how it goes.Gluten Free Pancakes
