Healthy Tips for Travelers Part I (of many parts)
People ask me all the time about staying healthy while traveling whether its for business, pleasure, adventure or anything else.
In this video I show you some jump rope exercises and explain how you can put together an interval workout jumping rope. A jump rope is great for travelers since it’s super light weight. It’s a great back up plan if you’re ever unsure of what the workout situation will be when you get where you’re going (crappy gym, no gym, too cold outside to even run, or etc)
