Shrink Your Body, Expand Your Mind: Interview with Erin Stutland

Sometimes I have to pinch myself when I think about the brilliant, talented, and inspiring people I get to call friends.

Today I’m introducing you to one of my favorites, Erin Stutland.

I met Erin in February of 2011 at our first retreat in Marie Forleo’s Mastermind.  I remember thinking, “Hot damn! What workout does that chick do?!”

Her bod is completely amazing.

Turns out the answer to my question was way more than just movement.

One of Erin’s best projects she brainstormed that weekend in February 2011 just came to life this month.  It combines her background as a dancer, love of yoga and meditation, and even incorporates some kickboxing and ab exercises.

I used this as an excuse to interview her at the end of December.

    A few years ago, I decided to stop talking negatively about my body. It was the best decision ever. But I didn’t think about how I talk to myself in the rest of my life. I was so focused on trying to be nice to my body…good call girls.
