Healthy Tips for Travelers (Part 2 of many parts)

In Part 1 of this series, I demonstrated an effective workout method for travelers.

Today I’m getting down to what I get THE MOST questions about…what to eat at the airport when the healthy choices are less than healthy. I’m actually coming to you from the airport on my way to Costa Rica in the video below. It’s short and packed with my best tips and tricks.

Between November and January I took 12 flights, so believe me, I had plenty time to do field research for you.

    This video is ridiculously timely as I’m leaving for a girls weekend tomorrow morning at 4am. 🙂 My friend was making fun of me because I told her I’d be packing baby carrots and almonds….and then she asked me to pack some for her too. ; I just need to make sure I’m all packed up tonight cuz I know the morning will be painful! best, mridu

    Hi Liz, thanks for the tips. I too have been traveling, but only 6 flights. Heading out now for one. I’ve changed from eating the bars as well, however, I really enjoy the Kind Bars and I look for the healthier smoothies in the airport. Hope this helps someone.
