plank side raise
tricep extension w/ lift
burpee with overhead press

Remember to approach this as a “rest-based” workout, meaning, push until you can’t-rest completely, then get back to work. If you want to track your progress, take note of how many 20 second intervals you can finish without resting and strive to do better each time you repeat the workout :)
