EP183: A RARE Conversation on Creativity, Productivity, Health and Rituals with Renee Airya and Akira Chan
Today’s guests are dear friends of mine and two of the most dynamic and creatively expressed people I know – Renee Airya and Akira Chan. I was especially excited to interview them together as they are both a couple, and co-founders of a production company. They live together, they work together, and they do an amazing job at maintaining their sovereignty. We talked a lot about creativity in this interview, from creative processes, to using creativity as a form of self-care, and how to communicate things to yourself through creativity. We covered rituals to be more creative, and explored the intersection between health, creativity AND productivity. We also got into identifying your “passion wheelhouse” and being a creative channel. This is definitely a “listen more than once” kind of episode. Enjoy!
