WELCOME TO WILD SOUL SWEAT

Wild Soul Sweat is a series of four workouts designed to sooth and connect you to your soul while strengthening and energizing your body. Each workout has a theme and works with a single mantra to help you focus and align mind and body by “working in” while you work out.

-All the videos are downloadable.

-Each workout is 37 minutes or less so it’s super easy to find time to do them.

-The movements are simple to follow. It’s not one of those over choreographed type things that you need a dance, yoga, or martial arts background to keep up with.

-Your instructor Shauna provides modifications to accommodate all fitness levels from beginners or those who are “out of shape” to those who are already super fit and looking for intensity.

STRONG
