At Home Hurricane Workout
When a hurricane was upon us on the East Coast, some people have used it as an excuse to eat garbage and binge drink. Instead, I wanted to give you something productive to do with your life if you’re ever stranded.
Here’s a quick HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout you can do at home witn zero equipment and very little space. Complete this circuit 2-5x rest 60 seconds between circuits. Enjoy!
