Brussel Sprouts (they taste good, I swear!)

I never even tried a brussel sprout until I was at a dinner party this past September and someone made them.  Turns out, they’re friggin’ delicious and really easy to make…YES!


Brussel Sprouts

Olive oil

Salt (to taste)


Preheat oven to 350.

Cut the bottoms off the brussel sprouts, then quarter them.  Trash the bottoms and the leaves that fall off the outside in this process.  Throw the quarters in a bowl, drizzle in some olive oil (I just use enough to lightly coat the brussel sprouts).  Then I shake a little salt in the palm of my hand and throw that in there.  Mix it up-I usually just swirl them around in the bowl, you’re welcome to use a spoon or something to stir it up if you like.

Spread them out on a baking sheet, centers down if possible, and bake for 8-10 minutes.  Easy + yummy…my kind of veggies!
