Free Training - Unconsume yourself - Starts in:
Want to recover your energy, time, power, and peace? Join me for a mental + emotional detox that can transform your life exactly where you need it
Hi, I’m Elizabeth DiAlto, Founder of The School of Sacred Embodiment and Host of the Embodied Podcast (3M+ downloads!). For over a decade now I’ve been helping women liberate themselves from ALL of the programming and conditioning society throws on us. This is why I made up the term, “Unconsume.”
Most women have no idea how distracted and over-consumed they are because they’re so busy taking care of everyone else or hustling for their worth. When I created this training in 2017, these were already common problems. After 2+ years in a global pandemic it’s become much worse.
The Unconsume Yourself training will have you shouting, “Why don’t they teach THIS in school?!”
To have a more peaceful, satisfying life, you need to identify and address the behaviors you struggle with the most. The ones that you’re least proud of, that feel the most out of your control. Before you can do that though, you’re going to need some mental and emotional space. That’s why I call this training a mental + emotional detox.
People don’t think twice about detoxing their bodies to improve digestion, energy, and clarity, but they totally ignore the crap built up in their heads and their hearts. This is just as important and some of my former students will tell you, it’s EVEN MORE IMPORTANT.
You’re probably not going to believe how much, time, energy, power, and peace you will reclaim during this training.
As you will see further down, the training is designed to help you build two critical things – CONFIDENCE and SELF LOVE – so you can stop wasting so much time being who you are not and doing things you know damn well aren’t right for you.
Your mind and your emotions can either be major oppressors in your life or great liberators…
which would you prefer?
WHAT WE’LL COVER:
In this workshop, I will cover three self love cornerstones that will boost your confidence and make thriving a much easier and more sustainable reality for you. The cornerstones are self-acceptance, self-trust, and receptivity. If you struggle with even just one of those, this workshop will change your life.
WHO UNCONSUME YOURSELF IS FOR

- You want to stop judging (yourself and others), people-pleasing, and relying on external validation to feel good about yourself
- You want to break any limiting or self-sabotaging patterns and habits, and learn how to let go of unhealthy relationships
- You could really use a boost of self acceptance, self trust, and self respect
- You want to let go of toxic programming and feelings like guilt, shame, anger, blame, fear, stress, resentment and anxiety, and embody your power and inner authority
- You really care about the state of humanity and our world and take your responsibility as a citizen of it seriously

“As a woman lost in her mind all day, I am liberated by Elizabeth DiAlto’s teachings on returning to our bodies to rediscover ourselves. And she doesn’t just talk it — she EMBODIES it: You can feel her living & breathing (& dancing!) her message in every post — can’t wait to learn more from her.”
Glennon Doyle, NY Times Bestselling Author of Untamed, Love Warrior and Carry on Warrior
“Elizabeth is the real deal. She is a modern-day healer for those of us who are looking for a new approach to embodiment and spiritual practice. Not only is she just magical but she also is an amazing example of how to have a deep connection to spirituality while holding space for the realness of the world. I just love everything about her.”
Trudi Lebron, International Coach and Speaker, Host of the Business Remixed Podcast
“Elizabeth is part mystic, part healer, and all love. Her embodiment work is an invitation to be in your body, move your body, express yourself, protect yourself, and deeply fall in love with every part of yourself from the inside out. My favorite part is there is beautiful bridge between sensuality, laughter, strength, and fierce boundaries. If you are a modern womxn with an old soul, you’ll find a new way of taking care of your body and the community you’ve been seeking.”
Jadah Sellner, Founder and Host of the Lead with Love Podcast
Nisha Moodley, Founder of Global Sisterhood Day, Host of the Devotion Podcast
“Elizabeth DiAlto is a force of nature. She is a natural leader who brings honesty, vulnerability and humor to the exploration of sometimes difficult topics. An original thinker with a deep lust for life, Elizabeth inspires her community simply by being her authentic, raw, brave, ballsy, brilliant self. I encourage all of my clients to become a part of Elizabeth’s Wild Soul world and they are forever grateful.”
Terri Cole, Creator of Boundary Bootcamp, Author of Boundary Badass
“Every conversation with Elizabeth is a revelation. A REVELATION. More is revealed to me about what I know (and still want to know), who I am, and how I do what I do…and also, what I need to know about what comes next. She works in very mysterious ways…a potent blend of delight and depth and joy and wisdom and fierceness and compassion. I don’t need to understand how she does what she does. I’m just grateful and glad she does it.”
Tanya Geisler, Leadership Coach, Speaker and Host of the Ready Enough Podcast
