Part II – Dating In Your 30s + 40s (Online Dating)

During the Dating In Your 30s + 40s workshop, so many people wanted extra help with Online Dating specifically, I decided to add another workshop just to focus on that.

Online dating gets a really bad wrap sometimes and rightfully so. A lot of people aren’t comfortable writing about themselves, so their profiles don’t fully reflect who they are and what they desire. In turn, the people that profile attracts, aren’t so aligned. This can be frustrating and discouraging. However, with a few tweaks and some energetic shifts – you can be experiencing the technology as a great way to safely source the connection, love, and intimacy you desire.

In this workshop, you’ll learn how to create a profile that does a better job of compelling better matches and repelling the wrong ones. You’ll also learn how to set your energy and intentions for better results.

Specifically, I’ll cover:

-How to select a range of photos for your profile that communicate and demonstrate who you are.

-How to write about yourself and answer prompts on various dating apps that genuinely and authentically represent who you are.

-How to be clear and specific about what you want with the limited characters available, so you start off on the right foot with people.

-Ice-breakers, conversation starters, and great “qualifying questions, ” to ask potential mates to see if you’re aligned before you get on the phone, zoom, or meet up for a socially distanced date.

-How to have the “covid check in” conversations with people to ensure you’re only taking next steps with people on the same page as you about staying safe in the ongoing pandemic.

-Some energetic and intention setting practices to help you shift your “dating home frequency” to improve your overall experience.

My vision is that after this workshop you’ll be able to use all the tangible takeaways to feel so much better about online dating no matter what your experiences have been in the past, and you’ll be able to start seeing a real difference in your experience right away once you implement what you’ve learned!
