People bring me into the room when the stakes are high — before a major shift, a consequential conversation, or a decision with real ripple effects. I help surface what’s true, name misalignment, and orient toward what’s ready to move.
About Me
Elizabeth DiAlto
I haven’t been a person with a tidy label for what I do for a long time, though I do enjoy affectionately calling it being a “Cosmic Consigliere.” Some of my clients would tell you that I’m a “professional reader of rooms.” Since 2002, I’ve worked in several different fields—Sales + Marketing, Hospitality, and Health + Fitness, to start, and for the last 15, I’ve specialized in healing, boundary + energy work, embodiment, relationship tending, and communication. Regardless of what it’s called, people appreciate having me in their corner to work through personal, interpersonal, creative, and other such challenges, as well as their most expansive “threshold” moments.
I can’t say all the ways your work has made a difference for me. When I found you l was stuck in the self-development/self-help craze, feeling like there was always something to fix, always something I should do. You’ve supported me and helped me find home – home in myself, home in my body, home out in the world. There is nothing lacking in me, nothing lesser or not enough, and now I spend my time doing things that light me up and help me get to the places I want to experience in life. I will be forever grateful.
