How It Will Work

I'll guide you through some workshop discussions and exercises to acknowledge how you carry the mother wound and where it's impacting your life right now.

Then we'll move through some energy work: emotional clearing and forgiveness*, for our mothers, mother figures, maternal lineage, and ourselves, to shift the energy we carry around caregiving, nourishment, and emotional boundaries.

After that, we’ll anchor into the Divine Mother as both an archetypal and a primordial force.

Our two guides will be Mother Mary and the Egyptian Goddess Sekhmet.

As you can see, in my little home temple, they sit side by side in my prosperity corner. Let's just say, we're like this 🤞🏽🤞🏽, which is why they're going to be our guides.

Whether you're familiar with or resonate with either, have complicated relationships to the idea of them, or something else, all impressions are welcome.

This is Universal Mother Medicine straight from the Cosmic Heart. There's no patriarchalized, distorted, dogmatic, or religious canon here to contend with.

*The type of forgiveness work we always do in The House of E is never about letting anyone off the hook for terrible things they've done, but rather shifting our relationship to what's occurred and bringing any of our energy and power that's stuck in the past into the present, so we can use it to move forward.
