How Booking Works
Coherence work is how we bring your internal experience into right relationship with your outer life.
My clients typically fall into three categories:
CULTURE SHAPING ARTISTS AND CREATIVES
Visionary creatives and culture-shapers who are living in a threshold — either after an internal initiation, or in the midst of external expansion. My clients are often receiving new attention, access, and opportunities they didn’t grow up expecting, and need a place to land inside that shift. I help them integrate what’s already moved through, anchor into who they actually are, and stay coherent as their reach increases.
Deeply attuned people who are staying inside lives that don’t always reflect the fullness of who they are — by choice, by love, or by circumstance. They’re not trying to escape their families, jobs, or communities, but they are trying to find freedom, clarity, and meaning within them. These are my sensitive and intuitive folks who feel everything. Often more than they can orient. I help them make sense of that sensitivity, integrate what life is teaching them, and reclaim their energy for themselves so they don’t have to burn down anything down and start over.

Seasoned mystics, healers, and soul workers who are unraveling from the performance of healing and returning to the truth of their own frequency. They’ve built businesses, platforms, communities — and still, something deeper is calling. These are the ones who’ve held countless others and no longer want to do it the way the wellness world taught them to. Ask E Anything sessions provide space to think out loud, be met honestly, and leave clearer than you arrived. This is the session to book when you need a grounded perspective or orientation during a moment of uncertainty. This is also the best place to start if you’d like to do some ongoing work together and want to co-design a “just-right-for-you” experience.

Named “Apothecary” because these sessions feel like wandering into a “magical” space and finding exactly what you need, this offering weaves together embodied awareness, energy healing, and somatic + imaginal practices. Apothecary sessions don’t impose any kind of set processes or strict modalities. Rather, I facilitate conditions for balance, clarity, and integration, while tracking what your system is ready for in real time.
