Meet The Speakers
I’m so excited to present you with this speaker line up. I’ve been connected with almost all of these women for 5-10+ years and a few of them are also my dearest friends in the world. The few that I haven’t known as long felt like instant soul fam when we connected prior to the series and something about this connectedness made the series richer.
Aside from how much I appreciate and respect these folks, I’m also excited to offer them to you as vetted resources, mentors, and guides should you really resonate with any of them and decide to join their workshops, programs, courses, events, read any of their books or listen to their podcasts.

Jill Coleman
Fitness Business Mentor, Founder of JillFit
JillFit started out as a daily fitness and nutrition blog back in 2010, when I was a full-time personal trainer and group fitness instructor working 70+ hours a week.
Armed with an ACSM personal training certification and a Masters degree in Nutrition, I’d get home late from the gym and stay up all night blogging. I also slowly took on 1:1 fat loss coaching clients. Fast forward 18 months and JillFit had grown to a 6-figure online fitness brand with 5 fat loss coaches and over 100 virtual clients!
At that same time, I was overcoming my own body struggles. As a previous fitness competitor and a fitness model with 7 covers to my name, I’d placed so much of my self-worth on my looks and my body, to the point that I became completely obsessed with food and over-exercised.
