Ladies, ever look at your man and wish he was in better shape?

Now, you’re not going to tell your guy he needs to drop a few pounds, right? I mean if he said that to you, you’d flip out. But what you can do, is get him excited about an amazing new workout plan you just heard of that will totally appeal to him.
My good friend John Romaniello of Roman Fitness Systems created The Super Hero Workout. Let’s be honest, all grown men still secretly want to be super heros (or not so secretly!).
So if you’ve been working out and would love to get your man on the bandwagon too, this could be a great approach.
Or, if you’re looking for a way to spice things up-this could be just the way to kick things up a notch (especially around the holidays when people tend to gain weight, not lose it).
