The Libra Full Moon is here as a luminous mirror — reflecting all of our "over" actions, behaviors, and choices. Over-extending, over-compensating, overgiving, and over-reaching. We do this because we're loving and generous people, but sometimes we need to recalibrate how to express and extend our love in more balanced, harmonious ways that include our needs, our health, and our fulfillment just as much as everybody else's.

This month’s Collective Healing Session is your warm, soulful invitation to take a pause, get honest, and reset.

We’ll gather together to:

  • Take an honest Life Inventory to lovingly illuminate what’s working, what’s not, what's causing you stress or anxiety, and what’s craving your attention.
  • Release what no longer serves. This is what full moons are for, baby! This one, in particular, will shine a light on patterns of people-pleasing, avoidance, self-abandonment, and the places where you do too much, neglect what you know is needed, or simply freeze because you aren't even sure what's needed.
  • Restore sacred balance in your life, energy, and relationships and ripple it out into the spaces around you.
  • Call yourself back to center — with love, grace, and unwavering devotion to your wild, beautiful soul and the sacredness of the world we all know is possible.

When does the session take place?

The live session is Sunday April 13 from 11am-1pm Eastern Time on Zoom.

When will I receive the recording and does it expire?

Within 24 hours of the live session ending. The recording never expires. Revisit as often as you like.

I'm new to energy work. Does that matter?

No. The various methods I use during these sessions are safe and effective for people with any level of experience

I've done a ton of healing work and/or I'm a healer myself. Will this be too basic for me?

No. Same as the previous question, the various methods I use during these sessions are safe and effective for people with any level of experience

Do I need to have any specific spiritual beliefs to benefit from the session or understand what's going on?

No. Everything offered in The House of E can be integrated into any spiritual belief system. I will say, though, that atheists will likely not vibe with the material.

Should I watch the recording close to the Full Moon?

While we do intentionally harness the power of the Full Moon for these sessions to help us release, that energy is part of the experience and remains part of the experience no matter when you watch the recording.

Can I invite people to participate with me?

Of course! You're welcome to have your own gathering and participate in the session in community with loved ones. I do ask that each person purchase a spot, even if you'll only be logging in from one location for the sake of honoring the exchange.

I'm not sure I want to participate, will the recording be it available for purchase after the session takes place if I change my mind later?

Yes. Sessions are available for purchase afterward in The House of E shop along with a range of workshops, movement classes, and healing meditations. However, due to the way our Shop software works, Pay What You Want Pricing is not available once sessions have taken place. The price to purchase in the Shop is $75.
