Why I actually WANT YOU to eat cake

…or whatever it is that you usually crave.

I know you’re probably thinking, “But Liz what I crave has about a gajillion calories in it!”  I know…me too, that’s why I’m gonna show you how to get the most out of it.


Your life should be exciting and full of things you enjoy.  If food is one of them there’s no reason to deprive yourself all the time.  And no, I’m not going to give you the usual, “Just eat one reward meal per week and make it count.”
