This is a different type of episode – I am the one being interviewed today!
I get a lot of messages from listeners who are trying to find their purpose and do meaningful, satisfying work in the world that has an impact in a way they’re passionate about and can be proud of.
You tell me you’re reaching out to me because you see me doing those things and want to know how, what were the steps, how did I get started, how did I get here.
So today I invited a dear friend, fellow Wild Dreamer, entrepreneur, super soulful mama and former guest, Jadah Sellner to interview me for this episode so I can answer those questions for you – along with any other juicy questions Jadah could come up with. She did not disappoint. Enjoy, and be sure to share with anyone you know who is also looking to birth their dreams or their sacred work in the world and have it grow.
About Jadah Sellner:
Jadah Sellner is an author, international keynote speaker, poet, and the creator of the Mentorship Lab™ & Build Your Challenge™ at jadahsellner.com.
Since 2009, Jadah has started 3 businesses (including one brick and mortar) and now helps creative CEO’s, visionary entrepreneurs, and social change companies build communities with love, so that you can connect to your bigger vision, reach more people, support your family, and grow your income while NOT adding more work for you.
(You may also know her from her work as co-founder and co-author of Simple Green Smoothies, which has been featured on The Doctors TV show, Oprah’s O Magazine, Target and the Wall Street Journal.)
When Jadah’s not helping world changers build their tribes with the Love Over Metrics™ movement, you can catch her reading Shel Silverstein poems at the dinner table. She lives in the San Francisco bay area with her husband, daughter, and their little “chiweenie” dog, Clementine.
In this episode, Elizabeth shares:
1. How you need faith the most when the rubber hits the road
2. Lessons on giving yourself permission
3. Surrendering as a practice while building a business
4. The nitty gritty details in taking an idea from seed to full blown launch into the world
What You’ll Hear:

I could listen to this over and over again. I so needed to hear this. Thank you what a great interview. I love you both 🙂
So many good things in this one. I’ve been listening to it over and over to try and glean as much as I can. Thank you for permission to (or maybe your example of) not following the ‘way things should be’, but to follow one’s own instincts/heart/yearnings. And the thought that one can be both fierce and gentle without these being in conflict.
