Instead of the famous, “What would you do if you knew you could not fail?” Root Work invites you to answer a few different questions:
What would you do if you knew how sacred you really are?
What would you do if you knew how sacred all of us and all of life really are?
How are you going to “lift as you climb?” (phrase credit to suffragist and activist Mary Terrell).
…and none of this is limited to your professional life or career.
It’s more about how you show up and move through your entire life.
Root Work also takes you on a unique and personal journey.
For this reason, rather than loading up this page with tons of written information about it, I recorded an info session so you can have a more embodied experience of seeing if it’s right for you. I also wanted you to be able to feel my energy to see if it resonates.

Root Work is transpersonal medicine work that clears out limiting patterns so you can replace them with liberating ones, reveals and connects you with your highest purpose, and shows you the pathway for living that purpose.
Transpersonal, if you’re not familiar with the term, refers to experiences in which the sense of identity or self extends beyond the individual or personal to encompass wider aspects of humankind, life, the psyche, and the cosmos.
That’s Google’s definition. To put it in my own terms, it’s a bridge that leads you beyond the usual limits of ego and personality, beyond the limits of the conscious mind, and into the mystical heart, into the consciousness of sacredness, and into the indigeneity within you that comes from your ancestors
It’s shadow work, it’s lightwork, it’s soul work, and it’s sacredness work that takes you on a deeply personal journey to embody your soul’s magic and gifts.
It’s reverent, it’s radical, and it’s for people who want to dedicate some of their resources toward weaving a healthier, more harmonious world into being where everybody has the chance to thrive.
When I reached out to Elizabeth, I had ALL these problems that I wanted to work out. I was distracting myself with made-up issues because I didn’t want to face what I really needed to figure out. Funny thing is when you work with Elizabeth everything comes out in the open, in the most organic way possible.
