We’re adding a new segment to the show called Conscious Rant. This is for when a specific question hasn’t been asked, but I am noticing a consistent theme come up in the community in the Facebook group, or with my clients and program members. This is stuff that feels and is important to address in a helpful and holistic way. Our first topic today is on treating emotions with the respect they deserve. Most people don’t have emotional intelligence training, and if anything do have a lifetime of modeling of how to poorly handle emotions. This episode is intended to help out with that. Enjoy!
