Today’s episode is a fun and rich conversation with a like mind-body-souled woman doing her untamed thing in her very unique and powerful way. What I admire about Rashida so much is her resilience. As a black woman, a full-figured woman, and a lesbian, she has faced all kinds of shaming and discrimination in her life. We explore how she not only got through it, but flourishes anyway. Two big aspects of that being creative expression and her relationship to God. We went all in on the God conversation and I’m hoping for those who don’t prefer to use the term “God” you can hang in there anyway and get the nuggets that apply to any belief system. Plus lots more. Enjoy!
