There is something about being able to relax into a powerful conversation with a woman who is fiery, confident, devoted, embodied, and deeply practiced and experienced that gets me so so excited! In this episode Guru Jugat and I talk about her spiritual path through kundalini yoga, keeping it “real” while doing deep spiritual work, some of the awesome topics from her new book Invincible Living, and for those who love the creative side of things, some of the process of bringing the book to life. I was totally in love with this woman by the time the interview was over, have a feeling many of you will be too. Enjoy!
