Y’all, I love today’s guest. Talking to Julie Parker feels like being hugged by a fun and wise aunt. You feel safe, seen, heard, and you know that she’s got experience and so much care to back up everything she’s sharing. We started the conversation around femininity, sensuality, and flow, then ventured into life transitions. Julie runs a coaching certification school and has been in the industry for 17 years. She had a lot to say about the evolution of life coaching, we discussed some of our pet peeves in the current industry, and I got her opinion on when people are ready to either become a life coach, or hire a life coach. As a former therapist, it was also illuminating to hear Julie’s perspective on when it’s appropriate to hire a coach or hire a therapist. This is a very rich conversation, with tons of useful insight, I can’t wait to hear what you think!
