Healing Conversation with Erica Wiederlight

Healing Conversation with Erica Wiederlight

True embodiment is that feeling when you’re walking down the street or sitting on a plane and you’re completely in touch with your whole entire self. Today, we dig into healing through embodiment with Erica Wiederlight, an embodiment specialist in training with The School of Sacred Embodiment and a confidence coach for self-love, sexual empowerment, pleasure, and dating.

In this beautiful chat, we discuss the depth of embodiment and the importance of being in tune with your body at all times – not just during yoga or pole dancing classes. Erica also shares her growth journey and how she realized full embodiment releases any and all performative aspects of movement work. We touch on Erica’s gift for teaching, the cyclical nature of holding, and how her neurodivergence impacted her relationship to self-discovery, worthiness, and inclusive coaching.

On Healing and Change

Our world is experiencing atrocious and unthinkable trauma, and over consuming and sharing on social media can be incredibly overwhelming and unhelpful. Today, we discuss the importance of regulating ourselves in a variety of ways during times of crisis and what we can do as individuals to contribute to positive change.

Shifting towards collectivism, trust, cooperation, and humility takes time and patience, as does any healing process. Throughout the episode, you’ll hear offerings for how to maintain as much emotional balance as possible during chaotic times, honor your capacity for contributions, and prioritize yourself as a means to reduce collective energetic upheaval.

Spiritual Futurism and Mystical Leadership

Spiritual Futurism and Mystical Leadership

Today I’m exploring the working definition of Spiritual Futurism specific to The School of Sacred Embodiment. At its core, this interpretation of Spiritual Futurism calls on us to re-evaluate our connection with the divine, freeing ourselves from outdated patriarchal and colonized influences and returning to our ancestral and indigenous roots. With this approach, we can revitalize ancient traditions to fit our modern needs.

In this episode, I share how incorporating this concept into mystical leadership cultivates an open space to guide others with empathy and understanding rather than imposing rigid expectations. The result? Stronger, more compassionate communities that foster growth, an openness to reflection, and a willingness to refine.
